How do I get an RCS card?

It’s so easy! Go to www.rcsgroup.co.za and fill in the online application. Otherwise, give us a call at 0861 SAY RCS to find out where your nearest shop is and you can go in-store and fill in an application form there.

I’ve applied for other cards and was turned down. Will I be able to get an RCS card?

There is only one way to find out – contact us! It is possible that you will be able to get an RCS card if other institutions turned you down. RCS have their own unique credit granting criteria, which complies with the National Credit Act.

Can I have more than one card per account (one for my wife, husband and child)?

No, RCS does not provide dual cards for family members.

What should I do if I lose my card or if it is stolen?

What should I do if I would like a credit limit increase?

You are welcome to call us on (0860SAYRCS), one of our consultants will request certain information to process your credit limit request. The request will be subject to our affordability criteria (income, expenses). You will get an answer immediately.
